Working with an award winning local developer, we were tasked with helping to create a very premium property in the heart of Devon.  This exlusive address deserved only the best in terms of lighting control and audio.  Coupling Control4 and Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting was the obvious choice – Control4 to offer a simple and easy way to control the properties Audio and Video capabilities, and Lutron HomeWorks QS to bring the very best out of the lighting design in this traditional farmhouse.  Some of the key benefits to the purchaser will be the scene and mood lighting, all pre-cofigured by our engineers, as well as whole home lighting scenes such as ‘Welcome’ and ‘House Off’.  The property is cabled for further additions should the home owner wish to extend the solution, including a Cinema Room and motorised blinds or shades.  All controlled easily and simply through Control4 and the Lutron lighting keypads.
