How We Work

The majority of projects we undertake follow the same approach that we have developed over time.  Our approach has been developed to ensure that our clients achieve everything they hope for from their system and there are no unforeseen costs or problems when we get to our handover.

  • STEP 1 - THE REQUIREMENTS

  • We spend time with our clients gaining an understanding of what you want to achieve, your lifestyle AND your aspirations as well as contributing our own suggestions and ideas based on market trends and simply some of the things we’ve done before.

  • STEP 2 - OUR PROPOSALS

  • From the requirements stage we provide an initial proposal based on the best selection of products to meet your budget and needs.  This proposal will include estimated costs, along with product details and specifications.

  • STEP 3 - THE DESIGN

  • Once all parties have finalised the proposals, we start the design phase.  This starts with the production of the most important document – our functional specification.  This document gives a room by room break down of the project, from equipment installed, to how it is controlled and most importantly what it can do!  Once this document is finalised, we can start with the technical designs, which include wiring / electrical layouts, network topologies, rack diagrams and system schematics.

  • STEP 4 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • From the design stage onwards, our clients are appointed a Project Manager for the duration of their project.  This single point of contact within Azro is responsible for keeping the client informed, resolving issues that arise as well as acting as an advisor to tradesman from builders to electrical contractors.

  • STEP 5 - INSTALLATION AND SETUP

  • All of the equipment is delivered to our offices where it is set up to be tested, upgraded if necessary and set up ready to be taken to site.  The equipment is installed, commissioned and calibrated by our engineers using specialist apparatus to ensure the professional performance our clients expect.

  • STEP 6 - HANDOVER AND SUPPORT

  • Key to all of our projects is that our clients feel confident with a system that they understand and can use easily. This is made possible at an early stage by choosing the correct suite of products but is then achieved through a competent handover and appropriate levels of support.

     

    There are several areas in which Azro will support our clients and their technology, starting with a User Guide and handover meeting. Once our clients have used the system for a period of a few weeks, we come back to see you and check that everything is working how it should be.
